• Basic server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, user agent, and requested page, for security and reliability purposes.

We do not run advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, or third-party marketing pixels on this site. The only preference stored in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, kept in local storage on your own device and never transmitted to us.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement.
• To maintain the security and availability of this website.
• To meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add enquiries to marketing lists or automated email sequences without you explicitly asking us to.

Who we share it with

Data we process during a client engagement is governed by that engagement's contract and, where applicable, a separate data processing agreement — not by this website policy. In client work we default to processing data inside your own environment wherever the project allows.

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are retained on our provider's standard schedule, typically 30 to 90 days.

Your rights
